In 2012, NH invested in Wuhan Xian Tong Technology Company Limited (“WXT”) 武漢謙通科技有限公司, a software and application development company that specializes in the design and development of custom software applications for a wide variety of clients.

Ride-hailing App

A ride-hailing app was developed to provide a pre-booked and on-demand transport solution for ride-hailing and taxi services in China, that was customized to meet the needs of drivers and taxi owners. This solution was integrated with mobile devices allowing people to easily hail taxis.

With the increasing popularity of ride-hailing apps in China, NH successfully sought a private investor to purchase the ride-hailing app for a satisfactory consideration.

e-Commerce App

Aileguang (愛樂逛), an e-Commerce app, was developed for retail and wholesale businesses. The app allows the selling of goods from business-to-consumer and business-to-business through electronic stores that are designed using an electronic catalogue and shopping cart model. A unique QR code is assigned to each shop so that customers can follow the shop and become a fan to receive the latest news and promotions.

In 2016, NH successfully raised capital for the e-Commerce App through a private share placement.
