In 2016, NH invested in Beijing Outwitting Huanyu Technology Company Limited (“BOTC”) (北京智勝環宇科技有限公司), a company that specializes in providing lightning protection and grounding technology for the telecommunication towers owned by China Tower Corporation Limited (“CTC”) (中國鐵塔股份有限公司)in China. CTC provides construction, maintenance, and operation services for telecommunication towers and ancillary facilities jointly owned by three major telecom operators, China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom.

As more telecommunication towers are constructed, the demand for lightning protection technology is expected to grow as these towers are prone to be damaged by lightning, causing telecommunication outages.

BOTC has positioned itself as a leading technical service provider in lightning protection and grounding technology. Its lightning protection and grounding technology services have been widely applied across multiple provinces such as Beijing, Hubei, Shanxi, Tianjin and Liaoning.
